Little Bump Style
The first thing that sparked my interest in my husband, Truman, was his taste in music.
We were just teenagers working at a coffee shop and the business was pretty slow so we were forced to start making actual conversation. And the rest is history. One of our favorite things to do together is go to see our favorite musicians live. It was much easier to do before we added children into the mix, but it’s extra special now when we get the chance to do so. When we were still dating, we went to see one of our favorite bands, Megafaun, and fell in love with their opening act, Nathaniel Rateliff. We’ve been hooked ever since and have managed to see him quite a few times. He was even scheduled to play at our wedding (thanks to a friend with connections) but had to cancel due to a successful tour in Europe. When we saw he was coming through town with Gregory Alan Isakov we couldn’t pass up another chance to see him and it was as wonderful as ever.
My little baby bump is starting to become no-so-little and my wardrobe is slowly decreasing. A black maxi dress has been a staple throughout all my pregnancies because it’s versatile and super comfy.
Our sweet little babe’s first show at 14 weeks. Can’t wait to expose this little guy/gal to great music! If you aren’t familiar with Nathaniel Rateliff I urge you to give him a listen!
Cheers to growing babies and good music,
